I specialize in working with women, preteens, adolescent females and families. My goal is not only to help alleviate feelings of anxiety, depression and desperation but to resolve these symptoms by leading clients to a place of healing where peace, restoration and hope for the future can be experienced. After almost fifteen years of experience, I can say with great confidence that you are not alone in your challenges; you don’t have to carry your burden by yourself. By using a caring, collaborative and non-judgmental approach, I will help you gain insights and skills to cope with your immediate circumstances while developing breakthroughs that last a lifetime.

Using clinically tested and evidenced-based interventions, I have worked in-depth with all ages of women through the course of my counseling career both as a school counselor and as an individual therapist. I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), trained in identifying and treating mental health disorders as well marriage and family issues. I received a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Masters degree in both School Guidance and Mental Health Counseling with an additional specialization in marriage and family studies from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida. I also am fluent in Spanish and provide faith-based Christian counseling upon request.
